Facebook acquired CRM startup Kustomer and announced this on its official website. Kustomer specializes in building chatbots and other platforms for business with customers.
According to Facebook, nearly 175 million people use WhatsApp to connect with companies. The integration of Kustomer tools into the messenger will improve the communication of business with customers in WhatsApp and Messenger.
“Kustomer is an omnichannel CRM platform that brings together conversations with customers across multiple channels in a single screen. This helps businesses automate repetitive tasks so that their agents can minimize time and improve the quality of customer interactions, ”explained the representatives of the social network.
